THE ANTAWN C. JAMISON ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP

On Wednesday, May 27th, 2009, Antawn's annual scholarship was presented at Providence High School (in Charlotte, NC) to Casi Johnson and Luke
Campolieta. Casi will attend North Carolina Central University while Luke will attend Berkelee College of Music (in Boston, Mass).

The need-based scholarship is given to two student athletes (one male and one female) who display good citizenship and are in good academic standing.
The total amount of each scholarship is $4,000. The recipients will collect $1,000 each year that they enroll in college for a total of four years. The Principal,
Athletic Director, and coaches of the basketball teams make up the scholarship selection committee.  Antawn started the fund at Providence
High back in 2003 and has given away almost $30,000.

Antawn was unable to be present at the awards ceremony as he is still recovering from ankle surgery that he had two weeks ago to remove a bone spur.
